What is "stress reduction therapy"?
Anything that relieves mundane stress on a daily basis, such as relaxation, can help. However, if the stress is accommodated and continues for a prolonged period of time in the body or psyche we begin to “adapt” to the symptoms of stress by adjusting to them. This constant adaptation to stressors begins to weaken the individual and this progression leads to exhaustion.

Obviously, reducing stress is a key to well-being. Relaxation helps, but how do we know where stress may be hiding in the adapted or exhausted states physically, mentally, emotionally or even spiritually?

Can the EPFX  help prevent disease?
In the field of energetic medicine, any disease or poor health syndrome can be redefined as a disruption or distortion arising in the informational energy field. Besides addressing health problems, the device can also be used for the prevention of health problems by detecting problems in the energetic field before they materialize physically. These imbalances at the energetic level can be an early warning system. If imbalances go uncorrected, eventually physical symptoms will erupt and health problems and disease develop.

After the client is scanned… The EPFX quantum biofeedback therapy makes its assessment through a painless and non-invasive process that measures reactions to over 9000 energetic compounds. A picture emerges as to which of over 65 different therapies will be utilized in harmonizing dissonant frequencies. This harmonizing effect can then spread through the cells of the body and radiate through the whole being. The EPFX therapy is used to restore, encourage, and maintain the body’s natural equilibrium and state of health.

What is "stress"?
Stress is not necessarily negative. A certain level of stress keeps us motivated and alert and too little stress can create problems. However, too much stress can trigger problems with both mental and physical health, particularly over a prolonged period of time. Stress may be physical, mental, or emotional- any experience which keeps one in a state of mental or emotional strain or suspense.

Here are some of the resulting symptoms lingering stress can create:
